Comcast and Motorola Complete Agreement to Form Conditional Access Joint Ventures
PHILADELPHIA and HORSHAM, Pa. – 1 April 2005 -- Comcast Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCSA, CMCSK) and Motorola, Inc (NYSE: MOT) today announced that they have consummated their previously announced strategic relationship including two joint ventures focused on nextgeneration conditional access technologies and a multi-year set top commitment valued at more than US $1billion.
